Service provider and data controller
The JourneyToItaly service is provided by Vitodriver, VAT no. 09457311218, which is also the controller of your personal data. We operate from Naples. For any request, including about your data, email info@journeytoitaly.net or message us on WhatsApp at +39 334 231 2361.
Purpose of the service
JourneyToItaly connects passengers with professional, licensed chauffeur drivers for private transfers and customized tours across Italy. Booking is done through the site, indicating pickup, destination, date, vehicle and passenger details.
Booking and price
The final price is shown before confirmation and includes the distance traveled, the vehicle chosen and intermediate stops, with a minimum fare per ride depending on the vehicle. The price is guaranteed at the time the booking is confirmed and does not change, except for modifications requested by the passenger. The passenger may choose to pay the full amount online, or a 50% deposit online and the balance directly to the driver on the day of the service, in cash or by card.
Passenger obligations
The passenger agrees to provide correct contact details, to arrive punctually at the agreed meeting point, and to respect the maximum passenger and luggage capacity indicated for the chosen vehicle.
Liability
Drivers operate independently in compliance with applicable licensing regulations. JourneyToItaly acts as a technology intermediary between passenger and driver and is not liable for delays due to force majeure, traffic or weather conditions.
Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated periodically. The version in force is always the one published on this page at the time of booking.
